As a licensed practical nurse I worked with adults for 3.5 years on the Med-Surg floor, ICU, Emergency Room and family medicine.
As a registered nurse I worked 3 years in the neonatal ICU (with premature babies). I worked within our unit as well as becoming trained to attend critical births as well as a becoming a NICU transport nurse on an ambulance.

I staffed Harvest School of Missions for 3.5 years. During this time I helped lead teams into many different nations. I have led teams into developing countries, served in a country at war, discipled individuals in my team, and most importantly grew in character and maturity.

About Me

With 10 years of nursing experience (in the hospital and missions setting), and four years in oversea's missions experience in the non-profit organization, I have been exposed to an array of communication styles.

I have been a part of teams where there was strong communication and the team, and patients, benefitted.

In every situation, no matter how critical, communication is the key to effectively find the solution.

During these years I have found a passion and the importance to find healing not just in the body, but in the mind and soul together. As we find healing in all three areas we are able to live fully in the capacity we are created for.

As we know our identity we can stand boldy in this life, no matter what comes our way.

Every conflict and error I have encountered can be broken down to a simple communication issue.
Trust and communication are the foundations to a healthy team.
With Life languages I have learned how to build trust between team members, leadership and marriages through simple communication tools.
These tools have revolutionized my own personal and professional relationships as well as launched me into new territories of influence.
